Privacy policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

Hoodzin Industries ("we", "us") manufactures apparel and gloves for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through hoodzinn.com, why, and your rights. If you have any questions, email info@hoodzinn.com.

What we collect

  • Quote and contact requests: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, project details and any files you upload.
  • Emails you send us and our replies.
  • Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes, samples and orders (our legitimate interest in responding to business requests, and steps before entering a contract).
  • To manage orders, shipping and invoices if you become a customer (performance of a contract).
  • To meet legal, tax and export obligations.

Who processes it

  • Netlify: website hosting and form submissions.
  • Zoho Mail: our business email.
  • Unsplash: some images on this site are loaded from Unsplash’s servers, which receive your IP address.
  • Couriers and freight forwarders: delivery details only, if you place an order.

Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Customer and order records are kept for as long as tax and trade law requires, usually up to 10 years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK or EU GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@hoodzinn.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries and email is restricted to our team.
