What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style, per colour, with sizes mixed. For sublimated teamwear the minimum applies to the order rather than each design.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We make pre-production samples in 7–10 days so you can check fit, fabric and print before bulk production starts.
I don’t have a tech pack. Can you help?
Yes. Send reference photos, sketches or a garment you like. We help you choose fabrics, finalise measurements and prepare a tech pack.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or air and sea freight for larger orders. We can quote door-to-door delivery to your country.
Can you add my own labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, printed polybags and branded boxes. Your customers only ever see your brand.
How long does bulk production take?
Typically 25–40 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, fabric and decoration. We share progress photos throughout.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 50% advance, balance before shipping, by bank transfer (T/T). Terms for repeat and larger orders can be discussed.
Do you quote FOB or DDP?
Both. FOB Pakistan if you use your own freight forwarder, or DDP door-to-door, where we handle freight, customs and duties so the price you see is the price you pay.
How much does a sample cost?
It depends on the product, fabric and decoration. We always quote the sample cost and courier charge before we start, so there are no surprises.
Can you work to my size chart?
Yes. Use our standard size charts or send your own measurement spec, and we grade the pattern across your size range.
Will my designs stay confidential?
Yes. Your designs and artwork are never shared, resold or reused, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you send tech packs.
